Ingredients of Madeleines

  1. It's 145 gr of d œufs.
  2. You need 130 gr of sucre.
  3. It's 60 gr of lait.
  4. It's 170 gr of beurre.
  5. Prepare 30 gr of miel.
  6. Prepare 200 gr of farine.
  7. Prepare 1 of sachet de levure chimique.

Madeleines instructions

  1. Faire un beurre noisette et laisser refroidir.
  2. Mélanger œufs et sucre.
  3. Ajouter lait et miel.
  4. Ajouter farine et levure.
  5. Ajouter le beurre refroidi.
  6. Filmer le saladier et mettre au frigo une nuit.
  7. Beurrer les moules et les fariner.
  8. Cuire à four chaud 230° jusqu a ce que la bosse apparaisse ensuite éteindre le four et laisser finir de dorer..
