  8. Enfourner four ventilé à 250 degrés et baisser la température à 200 degrés.
  9. Cuire pendant 10 à 12 minutes environ. Les madeleines sont cuites lorsque elles sont gonflées et colorées.
  10. Au terme de la cuisson, retirer du four et laisser tiédir avant de démouler.
