- Prepare 150 g of sucre.
- Prepare 1/2 of jus de citron.
- It's 200 g of farine.
- It's 1 of sachet de levure.
- It's 100 g of beurre fondu.
- Prepare 50 g of lait.
- Prepare of Du cacao en poudre.

Madeleines step by step
- Dans un cul de poule verser le sucre sur les œufs entiers.
- Blanchir la préparation au fouet puis rajouter le jus de citron.
- Ajouter 3/4 du lait. Bien mélanger au fouet..
- Mélanger la farine et la levure (et le cacao en poudre si au chocolat) et les tamiser sur le mélange précédemment obtenu. Bien mélanger au fouet.
- Ajouter le beurre fondu et refroidi...et le restant de lait.
- Laisser reposer 15 min au frais.
- Garnissez les moules au 3/4.
- Enfourner four ventilé à 250 degrés et baisser la température à 200 degrés.
- Cuire pendant 10 à 12 minutes environ. Les madeleines sont cuites lorsque elles sont gonflées et colorées.
- Au terme de la cuisson, retirer du four et laisser tiédir avant de démouler.
